***Serving: 3-4 Servings
Frozen pollock, radish, bean sprouts, red pepper, garlic, green onion, ginger, fish sauce, pepper, sugar, salt

**how to make
1. Wash the frozen pollack and drain the water.
2. Put spicy seasoning (70%), washed pollack, vegetable-1, and 4 cups of water in a pot and boil over high heat with the lid open. When it starts to boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 more minutes (with lid).
3. After tasting, add the remaining seasoning to match the level of spiciness or season with salt.
4. Turn off the heat, add vegetable-2(bean sprouts), and serve.

Adjust the amount of spicy seasoning to suit your taste.Mix the leftover seasoning with raw vegetables and add sesame to enjoy it like kimchi.
